Novatib Ltd is a London company. Its work sits at the point where the standards that govern healthcare meet the systems that are supposed to serve it.
The company
Novatib was founded by a registered doctor with more than twenty years in clinical practice and leadership, ten of them in clinical governance and eight in digital transformation within large public health services. The company's work reflects that combination: fluent in the standards, frameworks and inspection regimes that govern healthcare in the UK, and equally fluent in how software is actually built and what it does when it meets a busy department.
That second fluency matters. Most clinical governance advice is written by people who have never shipped software, and most healthcare software is built by people who have never been accountable for a clinical outcome. Novatib sits deliberately in the middle.
What we work on
Four strands, each described on its own page: Lenticula, our clinical safety service for software used in NHS care; Cadence, our operational system for compliance, workforce and documentation; advisory on governance, AI readiness and operational transformation; and a programme of operational research with independent providers.
What we are not
We are not a technology agency, a reseller, or an implementation partner for any vendor. Where we recommend a system, including our own, the reasoning is written down and the alternatives are named. We do not describe anything we build as revolutionary, and we do not claim that software replaces clinical judgement.
