Novatib Ltd, company number 14234369, is the data controller for personal data collected through this website and through enquiries made to it.

What we collect

When you contact us we hold your name, your organisation, your contact details and the content of your enquiry. This site sets no marketing or analytics cookies and uses no third-party trackers.

Why we hold it

To respond to your enquiry, to carry out any engagement that follows, and to meet our legal and professional obligations. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and, where an engagement follows, the performance of a contract.

Research conversations

Notes from research conversations are held securely, are not shared outside Novatib, and are not attributed to any individual or organisation in published work without explicit written consent.

Retention and your rights

Enquiry data is retained for two years from last contact unless an engagement follows, in which case for six years from completion. You may ask at any time what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, by writing to contact@novatib.com. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
